Q3: 新創科提供永久保養嗎？
所有本公司編寫之程式皆提供永久之bug fix 服務。而我司亦有不同的保養及支援服務可供選擇。
Q4: CTS系列跟Mega系列有什麼分別？
CTS系列一般以一個工作點(辦公室)為主，服務少於十部電腦的網絡。三部電腦以上則需配備MS Windows Server 2003 或以上。不必配備額外之資料庫。如需新增一個工作點必須外加連線服務軟體(如Terminal Service)。
Mega系列則類似一個小型之ERP，可以寬頻/VPN連接世界各地多個工作點，必須配備伺服器及資料庫(建議使用Novel Suse Linux及PostgreSQL Database)。Mega系列內建大量不同功能模組，較適合十至五百人公司。
Q5: CTS系列可否後期升級至Mega系列？
可以。隨著貴公司的不斷發展，本公司之產品亦提供升級服務，可把原有之資料匯到新的資料庫。
Q6: 如以CTS系列或Mega系列取代現有之系統，有什麼準備工作呢？
你需要檢討現有之系統流程，把保留之功能及棄用之功能分類，預計將來資料的增長率，單據之樣本(如發票)，並與本公司的顧問研究需修改之項目大岡，把現有之資料複製到我司提供之Excel檔。
我司會就不同的版本給予不同的建議。
Q7: 如我司未有使用任何系統呢？
簡單地預覽我司的標準版本，提出你現有之難題及你的需要，我司會給你一個滿意的解決方案。
Q8: 如我不想重複輸入所有基本資料，可以怎樣？
我司會提供一個已格式化的Excel檔，把你現有之資料對應地複製入內，我司即可提供匯入的服務。
Q9: 新創科的軟件需要昂貴的硬件及資料庫配備嗎？
絕對不需要！本公司的立場永遠以客戶利益為依歸，務求令客戶以最少的投資額達到最大的系統效益。所以本公司採用免費而極佳穩定性之Novel Suse Linux伺服器軟體及PostgreSQL資料庫。固貴公司真正可以用於軟體的資本達到最高比率。
至於硬體則視乎貴公司對系統表現的要求，根據我司的經驗，客戶採用的硬體比其他公司要求的為低。
Q10: 導入系統實質有什麼步驟？
1. 了解你現有的運作流程，
2. 預覽我司的系統，
3. 微調及設定，
4. 準備你的硬件，
5. 設計你的單據樣式(如採購單及發票)，
6. 參與管理層的訓練，
7. 參與基本操作訓練，
8. 上門安裝軟體，
9. 匯入系統資料，
10. 測試或與舊系統並列使用，
11. 正式上線。
Q11: 需要多久方可上線？
主要視乎你選購的系統，一般則安裝後三至十五天。
Q12: 可否自行安裝到新的電腦？
本公司提供免費安裝服務，其後你亦可自行安裝到新加的電腦或透過本公司的客戶支援服務以寬頻遙距代為安裝。
Q13: 我的老闆可在家連線軟體工作嗎？
可以。你只需安裝軟體到該電腦及設定連線的權限(如防火牆)。
Q14: 系統上線後可否再新加功能？
可以。一般客戶每兩年檢討一次系統的功能。

Each subscription includes SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, Novell AppArmor security technology, Xen hypervisor technology, technical support and vouchers for training or consulting services. SUSE Linux Enterprise Server users are not required to purchase CALs (Client Access Licenses), and updates are included in the subscription. A priority-based SUSE Linux Enterprise Server subscription is priced at US$1,499. |
While the one-time cost of a Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition license is not excessive (US$3,999), the combination of other required licenses increases the TCO substantially. Additional licenses include CALs (US$40 per connected device), maintenance (25 percent of server license fee per year), and a Systems Management Server (SMS) license, if SMS is used.

Take a look at the virtualization capabilities in both when you do compare Linux servers to Windows. Xen hypervisor technology is included with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP1. Guest operating systems available with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP1 and Xen include SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 SP3, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP1, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft XP as well as NetWare 6.5 SP7 (as part of Novell Open Enterprise Server 2). Up to 64 virtual machines (VM) can be run on a single physical machine. Symmetric multi-processor (SMP) VM is supported. |
Windows hypervisor technology will be available in Windows Longhorn Server within 180 days of its release in 2007. Virtual Server 2005 R2 (not hypervisor technology) is available via download, but no support is included. Windows operating systems are guests with Virtual Server 2005 R2.
